Wine Gallery and Guesthouse ONYX
Newly opened Wine gallery expanded services of guesthouse and restaurant Onyx in Lednice. Before the start of summer season it was necessary to introduce it to the visitors arriving at the central parking lot and restaurant guests. Simultaneously, the client did not have a uniform visual style or logo manual to represent the Wine Gallery. Advertising media as well as website were “living its own life”.

Redesign of logo and visual identity
First step of this process was unification of graphic style. Since we know that our client is possessed of sense of business, we also know the number of his establishments is certainly not finite. Therefore, from the beginning, we worked with a consideration of how to leave the end of the story open within the proposed visual style, which will allow us to expand the set of symbols in the future. We have processed a stylized, distinctive first letter of the name for each establishment. This also solved the cardinal question of how to communicate the concepts of restaurant, guest house, etc. in marketing with an effective visual acronym. The main ONYX logo was also slightly simplified, which we got rid of the excess element.
Promotional leaflet and wine list
A leaflet introducing Wine Gallery as a system of several stylish cellars with a capacity of up to 130 seats was the first application of the designed visual style. In the permanent menu, guests will find over 150 types of wine. Our other task was processing an extensive wine list. We have also prepared a set of photo paintings for the interior of one of the restaurants, presenting the atmosphere of sitting in the Wine Gallery.

Outdoor advertising
ONYX restaurant is located in the center of Lednice near the main parking lot. The boards promoting the Wine Gallery, about 800 meters away, were reworked. Here as well is used the distinctive G symbol and the image of the interior photography.

Photo report from the Wine Gallery
Our court photographer Ivo Dvořák prepared a photo report from a social event in the newly opened Wine Gallery. However, the main goal was to obtain a set of quality photographs documenting not only the interiors of the cellars and their details, but above all the atmosphere with people. A guided wine tasting with a sommelier is currently underway...
